Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager to support government operations and business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the business development lifecycle, focusing on identification, qualification, capture, and proposal phases
• Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to analyze market trends and develop actionable business plans
• Prepare and deliver business development status updates and support capture and proposal efforts

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 7+ years of experience in Business Development operations within the Federal Government contracting space
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Secret clearance preferred
