Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager for the LatAm region.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities in the LatAm region to drive growth
• Manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) to enhance client acquisition
• Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the LatAm market

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in managing relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs)
• In-depth understanding of the LatAm financial markets and regulatory environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with trading platforms, especially MetaTrader 5 (MT5)
