Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development / Origination Manager (Portugal).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a personal origination pipeline from lead qualification to closing
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients using a consultative sales approach
• Achieve targets related to pipeline development and deal closings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or business development
• Proven experience negotiating and closing transactions end-to-end
• Strong business acumen and structured approach to pipeline management
• Familiarity with real estate closing processes is a plus
• Experience in real estate, telecom, renewables, infrastructure, or financing is valued
