Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager to support their Client Engagement team.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely support and a positive experience
Monitor client metrics and assist in identifying growth opportunities and risks
Support renewal processes and contribute to internal documentation for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Business, Product Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus
3+ years of experience in sales, project management, account management, or business development
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Experience with project management is a plus
Ability to build networks and develop relationships across different markets
