Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager responsible for developing and securing new strategic OEM partnerships in the Steel Building and Construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue large OEM targets within the Steel Buildings and Construction ecosystem
  • Establish and nurture relationships with C-suite and technical stakeholders in target OEMs
  • Lead complex, long-cycle projects from concept through to commercialization
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Business Development or Strategic Sales, preferably in steel buildings or construction materials
  • Proven track record of opening new OEM customers and managing long sales cycles
  • Strong business acumen with experience in negotiation and structuring long-term agreements
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and high emotional intelligence
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset and ability to manage ambiguity
