Business Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager to support the Client Engagement team.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely support and a positive experience
• Monitor key metrics to identify risks and opportunities for client growth and retention
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and assist in onboarding processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Business, Product Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in sales, project management, account management, or business development
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Experience with project management is a plus
• Ability to build networks and develop relationships across different markets
