Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Hire and train a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to build a qualified customer pipeline
- Manage day-to-day operations, analytics, and strategy for the BDR team
- Collaborate with Marketing and Regional Sales Managers to drive leads and analyze pipeline development
Required Qualifications
- At least 3+ years of experience managing a sales team
