Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Manager to expand its federal contracting portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify federal contracting opportunities and maintain a robust pipeline
- Lead capture efforts and develop win strategies from pre-RFP to contract award
- Establish relationships with federal agency decision-makers and support proposal development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Government, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of business development, capture, or sales experience in federal contracting
- Demonstrated success in winning federal contracts (prime or subcontract)
- Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal acquisition processes
- Established network within federal agencies and/or government contractors
