Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager to expand its federal contracting portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify federal contracting opportunities and maintain a robust pipeline
  • Lead capture efforts and develop win strategies from pre-RFP to contract award
  • Establish relationships with federal agency decision-makers and support proposal development
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Government, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of business development, capture, or sales experience in federal contracting
  • Demonstrated success in winning federal contracts (prime or subcontract)
  • Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal acquisition processes
  • Established network within federal agencies and/or government contractors
