Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops a pipeline of opportunities in collaboration with Practice Areas
• Manages the full lifecycle of opportunity capture, from identification to proposal development
• Leads internal teams in developing technical solutions and proposal strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in leading captures and proposal development for Government clients
• Proven experience in executing all phases of large capture efforts
• Strong leadership skills in managing capture and proposal processes
• Ability to build and maintain effective business relationships
• Experience in briefing pipelines and opportunity updates
