Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives to achieve pipeline and SQL targets
- Own outbound pipeline generation and ensure effective follow-up on inbound leads
- Manage data quality and optimize contact strategies across various systems
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of BDR or Sales Development experience in SaaS with consistent quota attainment
- Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound conversion
- Strong experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Outreach, and HubSpot
- Experience in a high-velocity, metrics-driven environment
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
