Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Business Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives to achieve pipeline and SQL targets
  • Own outbound pipeline generation and ensure effective follow-up on inbound leads
  • Manage data quality and optimize contact strategies across various systems


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of BDR or Sales Development experience in SaaS with consistent quota attainment
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound conversion
  • Strong experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Outreach, and HubSpot
  • Experience in a high-velocity, metrics-driven environment
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
