Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution and management of partnerships with healthcare entities and community organizations
• Coordinate payer contracts and facilitate provider onboarding
• Manage multiple workstreams and support internal initiatives requiring structured execution

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in healthcare administration or business development, or 3-4 years in healthcare consulting
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data analysis and strategic thinking
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with data analysis or performance tracking tools is preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
