Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development, fundraising, grant management, or proposal development
• Experience managing complex proposals and multi-step, cross-team processes
• Familiarity with customer relationship management systems and pipeline tracking tools
• Knowledge of nonprofit contracting, philanthropy, or workforce development preferred
