Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Manager - Global, Remote (UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle from inbound discovery to closing and onboarding
- Conduct 15+ discovery calls per week with C-level and Director-level prospects
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Ops Teams to ensure client success
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, particularly in SaaS or outsourcing
- Experience in high-volume inbound sales environments
- Consultative sales approach with a focus on relationship-building
- Strong proficiency with HubSpot and modern sales technologies
- Ability to work during U.S. business hours, specifically Eastern Time
