Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager - Global, Remote (UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the full sales cycle from inbound discovery to closing and onboarding
  • Conduct 15+ discovery calls per week with C-level and Director-level prospects
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Ops Teams to ensure client success


Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, particularly in SaaS or outsourcing
  • Experience in high-volume inbound sales environments
  • Consultative sales approach with a focus on relationship-building
  • Strong proficiency with HubSpot and modern sales technologies
  • Ability to work during U.S. business hours, specifically Eastern Time
