Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives to drive growth and success of Realtor and joint venture partnerships
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute client-specific business plans with measurable objectives
- Generate new business through relationship cultivation with Realtors and joint venture partners
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in business development, customer success, or partnership-focused roles
- Proven success in B2B or enterprise sales, preferably in title and escrow services
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Ability to develop and deliver tailored product presentations to clients
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience may be considered
