Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic initiatives to drive growth and success of Realtor and joint venture partnerships
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute client-specific business plans with measurable objectives
  • Generate new business through relationship cultivation with Realtors and joint venture partners
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in business development, customer success, or partnership-focused roles
  • Proven success in B2B or enterprise sales, preferably in title and escrow services
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Ability to develop and deliver tailored product presentations to clients
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience may be considered
