Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the sourcing and recruitment of independent sales consultants in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract experienced independent sales consultants, managing the recruitment process to achieve 20 successful hires per month
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and the Sales Enablement team to align recruitment efforts with business needs and ensure smooth onboarding
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes to improve efficiency and candidate quality while maintaining a positive candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruitment experience with a focus on high-volume hiring
- Proven experience recruiting independent contractors or freelance sales professionals
- Deep understanding of the UK auto-entrepreneur landscape and regulatory environment
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes and building candidate pipelines
- Bachelor's degree preferred
