Key Responsibilities

• Partner with executives and stakeholders to develop tailored content for proposals and presentations
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate complex capabilities into client-relevant messaging
• Project manage all phases of assigned pursuits, ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 8 to 10 years of marketing experience in commercial real estate
• Experience with internet platforms such as SharePoint and Marketing Cloud preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Some fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
