Business Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager, Manufactured Housing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of BDRs focused on the manufactured housing vertical
• Own team performance against targets for meetings booked and pipeline created
• Monitor and report on key BDR metrics and contribute to playbook development

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or insurance
• 2+ years of experience as a BDR manager with a focus on performance management
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding outbound pipeline targets
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
• Experience in insurance, real estate, property management, or related industries is a plus
