Business Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive client relationships and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the internal proposal process and generate proposals
• Organize meetings with general contractors and ensure proper business development processes
• Track and complete KPI goals outlined for clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Experience in Construction Management, building management systems, or HVAC
• Preferred experience in staffing, training, and performance management
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on job quality and efficiency
• Ability to manage sensitive and complex information effectively
