Business Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager - Data Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify new customers and generate new business to achieve pipeline and bookings targets
• Develop proactive solutions and account strategies that align with customer needs and Flex capabilities
• Establish and maintain customer relationships to support long-term growth and effective communication with internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, specifically in the Data Center/Critical Power sector
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external customers effectively
• Understanding of financial metrics, including P&L and ROI indicators
• Demonstrated mastery of functional knowledge in relation to business development functions
