Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, National Business Development (Critical Infrastructure & Data Centers).

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify employer partners with hiring needs for entry-level tech talent
• Leverage existing networks to generate leads and conduct discovery meetings with hiring managers
• Document all activities and manage the pipeline in HubSpot, delivering structured reports on engagement outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development or sales experience in critical infrastructure or data centers
• Proven track record of opening new accounts and generating new business
• Self-directed and entrepreneurial mindset with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with workforce development or staffing solutions is a plus
• Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM for tracking and reporting
