Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, National Business Development (Semiconductors & Electronics).

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify employer partners in the assigned domain and region with hiring needs for entry-level tech talent
  • Leverage existing network to generate warm leads and conduct discovery meetings with hiring managers
  • Document all activity and maintain accurate records in HubSpot while delivering structured reports on leads and opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of business development or sales experience in semiconductors and electronics
  • Proven track record of opening new accounts rather than managing existing relationships
  • Ability to operate as a self-directed, entrepreneurial contributor
  • Familiarity with workforce development or staffing solutions is a plus
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM for pipeline tracking
