Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Business Development to join their team and help expand their reach and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various communication channels
- Manage a sales pipeline, including qualification, pricing, contract negotiation, and closing opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for demonstrations, proposals, and new business acquisition
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in business development with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Preferred: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Preferred: Previous experience as a clinical research site coordinator or a similar position
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events
