Key Responsibilities

• Identify and establish strategic partnerships within the ecosystem
• Maintain relationships with ecosystem partners to enhance integrations and adoption

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem development in crypto/Web3
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing high-value deals
• Established network within the Web3 ecosystem
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Strong understanding of crypto culture and community dynamics
