Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Manager (Americas).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with IB schools and families to drive partnerships and sales
- Manage the full lifecycle of outreach, qualification, conversion, and handover to Client Experience
- Maintain accurate CRM tracking and provide insights on market trends and customer needs
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years in sales, partnerships, business development, or education-focused roles
- Experience across B2B and/or B2C sales cycles
- Familiarity with international education systems, particularly the International Baccalaureate (IB)
- Strong CRM discipline and pipeline management skills
- Experience in EdTech or education environments is a plus
