Business Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager (UK/EU).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage IB schools across the UK/EU and build relationships with educational leaders
• Promote tutoring and revision courses directly to families of IB students through consultative conversations
• Develop and maintain a regional growth strategy, including accurate CRM tracking and market insights

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years in sales, partnerships, business development, or education-focused growth roles
• Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales cycles is highly desirable
• Familiarity with international education systems, particularly the International Baccalaureate (IB)
• Strong CRM discipline and pipeline management skills
• Experience in EdTech or education environments is a plus
