Job Summary

Business Development Manager will work full-time to drive new business growth by identifying and developing opportunities in AI data services, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively generate and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting and targeted outreach
  • Support early stages of the sales cycle, including lead qualification and nurturing opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to shape solutions and maintain accurate tracking of activities in Salesforce CRM
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Experience in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Background in technology, language services, AI/data services, or related industries preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
  • Professional fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
