Job Summary

Business Development Manager, a full-time position responsible for leading the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure while engaging C-suite stakeholders and managing enterprise-level sales in a consultative manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business development by identifying, qualifying, and closing enterprise opportunities
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting and strategic channel partner relationship development
  • Expand existing client relationships through strategic value delivery and cross-selling
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with Manufacturing, Energy, Power, and/or Automotive industries
  • Sales experience with enterprise clients
  • Curiosity and comfort on an operations floor
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on client growth
  • Ability to collaborate and lead across matrixed teams
