Job Summary
Business Development Manager, responsible for managing a team of BDRs in a full-time remote position, focusing on achieving sales goals, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and developing strategies for lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly manage and coach a team of 8-12 BDRs to meet activity and meeting goals
- Collaborate with sales reps and managers to align team efforts with sales strategies
- Develop and implement email templates and talk tracks for inbound and outbound campaigns
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience as a BDR and 1+ years in a managerial role
- Relevant work or internship experience in sales or management
- Public sector experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce or another CRM software preferred
