Job Summary

Business Development Manager, responsible for managing a team of BDRs in a full-time remote position, focusing on achieving sales goals, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and developing strategies for lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directly manage and coach a team of 8-12 BDRs to meet activity and meeting goals
  • Collaborate with sales reps and managers to align team efforts with sales strategies
  • Develop and implement email templates and talk tracks for inbound and outbound campaigns
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • 1+ years of experience as a BDR and 1+ years in a managerial role
  • Relevant work or internship experience in sales or management
  • Public sector experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or another CRM software preferred
