Job Summary

Driving the growth of commercial opportunities, the full-time Business Development Manager will own the end-to-end business capture process, including customer discovery, lead generation, and deal closure, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote or Northern Virginia-based role.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end commercial business capture process to drive growth
  • Lead customer discovery and lead generation activities to identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver integrated solutions for customers
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant technical experience in engineering, technical sales, or solutioning within the Aerospace sector
  • 5+ years of direct business development and/or sales experience in a relevant field
  • Full lifecycle business development experience, including lead generation and proposal management
  • Proven track record of managing complex external relationships during pre-sales and execution stages
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field, or a Bachelor of Commerce/Business degree with significant technical experience
