Job Summary

Owning revenue generation, the full-time Business Development Manager will convert qualified opportunities into active corporate FX and payments clients while managing the entire process from discovery through onboarding and the first trade.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage opportunities end-to-end from discovery through onboarding and first trade
  • Run structured discovery to understand FX exposure, payment flows, and risk management needs
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience in B2B sales, business development, or a customer-facing commercial role
  • Working knowledge of global markets and their impact on the FX market
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools to manage activity and pipeline
  • Confidence engaging business owners, CFOs, and senior finance stakeholders
  • Strong commercial discipline and ability to progress deals through the full sales cycle
