Job Summary
Revenue-owning and client-focused, the full-time Business Development Manager will convert qualified opportunities into active corporate FX and payments clients while managing the sales process from discovery through onboarding and the first trade.
Key responsibilities
- Manage opportunities end-to-end from discovery through onboarding and first trade
- Run structured discovery to understand FX exposure, payment flows, and risk management needs
- Partner with Dealers, Credit, and Compliance to execute deals efficiently and compliantly
Required qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in B2B sales, business development, or a customer-facing commercial role
- Working knowledge of global markets and interest rates as they impact the FX market
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools to manage activity and pipeline
- Confidence engaging with business owners, CFOs, and senior finance stakeholders
- Strong commercial discipline with the ability to progress deals through the full sales cycle
