Job Summary
Driving profitable growth, the full-time remote Business Development Manager will build and close strategic brand partnerships across ecommerce channels while managing opportunities throughout the sales cycle and collaborating cross-functionally for successful onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new brand partnerships aligned with strategic goals to drive profitable GMV growth
- Manage the sales cycle and maintain a healthy pipeline by partnering with BDRs or self-sourcing leads
- Develop strong relationships with brand decision makers through customized presentations and strategic conversations
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of business development or account executive experience with a proven track record of revenue growth
- Experience leading strategic meetings and negotiating with decision makers in a consultative sales environment
- Strong understanding of financial metrics such as revenue, margin, and profitability
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and prioritize opportunities within a structured sales process
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
