Job Summary
Ambitious and results-driven, the remote Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, develop long-term client relationships, and collaborate with the delivery team to match high-quality candidates with client needs in the Technology division.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and close new business
- Build and manage relationships with hiring leaders and key decision-makers at client organizations
- Drive all aspects of the consultative sales process, including prospecting, client presentations, and contract negotiations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-5+ years of new business development experience in technology staffing
- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and exceed sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the confidence to engage senior-level stakeholders
- A driven, self-starting attitude with a desire to succeed in a commission-driven environment
