Job Summary

To support national expansion, the full-time Business Development Manager will be responsible for growing the partner ecosystem by persuading testing providers to join, maintaining leads, and ensuring successful onboarding, with opportunities for remote work in select states.

Key responsibilities
  • Persuade testing providers to sign up as Fitnescity Partners, achieving targets and incentives
  • Grow and maintain a list of leads and qualified prospects with support from the Operations team
  • Ensure appropriate agreements are signed and new partners are successfully onboarded
Required qualifications
  • B2B Sales and/or Business Development experience
  • Ambitious, driven, and competitive with a history of exceeding goals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with the healthcare and/or wellness industry
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
