Job Summary

To support a growing presence in the financial technology space, the full-time remote Business Development Manager will proactively engage prospective financial institutions, build a strong sales pipeline, and drive early-stage customer relationships.

Key responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and engage prospective financial institutions through multi-channel outreach
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and align solutions with client business goals
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities and opportunities in the CRM and collaborate with Sales Executives to advance leads
Required qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development Manager or Account Executive roles preferred
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or B2B technology strongly preferred
  • Experience engaging with financial institutions is a strong plus
  • Self-starter mindset with strong ownership, persistence, and follow-through
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
