Job Summary

Seeking a strategic thinker, the full-time Business Development Manager will develop and deepen relationships with internal and external counterparts to advance business strategy and operational excellence while collaborating with research, product, and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and deepen relationships to enhance business strategy and operational excellence in alpha capture programs
  • Collaborate with research, product, and engineering partners to develop and enhance tools
  • Engage in discussions about market trends and investment views with various stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • Experience on the buy-side or sell-side in research, sales, or broker relationship management
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining external relationships
  • Highly organized self-starter with energy for a fast-paced environment
  • 5-12 years of relevant experience with a BA/BS degree required
  • Active user of emerging tools and technologies
