Job Summary

To support expansion into the Texas healthcare facility market, the full-time remote Business Development Manager will manage relationships with skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, and rehabilitation centers, focusing on Medicaid application outsourcing to improve cash flow and reduce uncompensated care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute a 'State First' sales strategy targeting healthcare facilities and build a pipeline through outreach and networking
  • Conduct consultative sales calls to identify facilities with Medicaid backlogs and present revenue cycle management solutions
  • Onboard new partners and monitor account health to ensure effective communication and service delivery
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the Healthcare or Senior Care industry, specifically with Nursing Homes, Hospitals, or Post-Acute Care facilities
  • Deep understanding of the Texas healthcare market, preferably located in the Austin or San Antonio area
  • Familiarity with Medicaid, Revenue Cycle Management, and Hospital Discharge Planning
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality, thriving in a remote work environment
  • Ability to discuss sensitive financial matters with empathy and professionalism
