Job Summary

To drive new business opportunities across multiple regions, the full-time remote Business Development Manager will manage a team of BDRs, oversee sales pipeline operations, and develop strategies for lead generation and sales forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of BDRs to achieve targets
  • Oversee sales pipeline management and ensure timely follow-up on leads
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and present insights to senior management
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales or a similar role, with at least 2 years in management
  • Proficiency in sales automation tools and CRM systems
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to travel within assigned regions as needed
