Job Summary

Owning and converting qualified opportunities into revenue, the full-time Business Development Manager will manage the end-to-end process from discovery through onboarding and the first trade, collaborating closely with Dealers, Credit, and Compliance to ensure a strong client experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage opportunities from discovery to onboarding and first trade
  • Conduct structured discovery to assess FX exposure and payment needs
  • Lead solution positioning, pricing discussions, and deal conversion
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a customer-facing role
  • Working knowledge of global markets and their impact on FX
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools for pipeline management
  • Ability to engage with business owners and senior finance stakeholders
  • Strong commercial discipline and ability to progress deals through the sales cycle
