Job Summary
Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, the full-time Business Development Manager will focus on selling AI-driven tools to independent hotels in Indonesia, leveraging a remote work environment to build relationships and drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to generate a net-new pipeline and maintain 3x pipeline coverage
- Source a meaningful share of the pipeline through outbound sequences, targeting, and industry events
- Run a disciplined sales process using MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities and leverage AI tools for efficiency
Required qualifications
- 2+ years in a closing sales role, with SaaS experience preferred
- Self-directed and coachable, with a drive for continuous improvement
- Experience with AI tools as part of the sales process
- Strong business acumen and ability to sell on value
- Native in Indonesian, with exceptional command of English
