Job Summary

Owning the full sales cycle for independent hotels, the full-time remote Business Development Manager will build and manage a pipeline, utilizing AI-driven tools to enhance hotel operations and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to generate a new pipeline and maintain 3x pipeline coverage
  • Source leads through outbound sequences, industry events, and direct outreach, while advancing opportunities using a disciplined sales process
  • Build trusted relationships with independent hotel owners and GMs by understanding their unique challenges and positioning relevant Lighthouse products
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years in a closing sales role, with SaaS experience preferred
  • Fluent in Filipino and English
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to sell on value rather than price
  • Experience with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks is a plus
  • Self-directed, coachable, and driven to continuously improve sales techniques
