Job Summary
Owning the full sales cycle for independent hotels, the full-time remote Business Development Manager will build and manage a pipeline, utilizing AI-driven tools to enhance hotel operations and drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to generate a new pipeline and maintain 3x pipeline coverage
- Source leads through outbound sequences, industry events, and direct outreach, while advancing opportunities using a disciplined sales process
- Build trusted relationships with independent hotel owners and GMs by understanding their unique challenges and positioning relevant Lighthouse products
Required qualifications
- 2+ years in a closing sales role, with SaaS experience preferred
- Fluent in Filipino and English
- Strong business acumen with the ability to sell on value rather than price
- Experience with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks is a plus
- Self-directed, coachable, and driven to continuously improve sales techniques
