Job Summary
Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, the full-time remote Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth for independent hotels in Indonesia by leveraging AI-driven tools to streamline operations and enhance profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to generate a new sales pipeline while maintaining 3x pipeline coverage
- Source and develop a meaningful share of the pipeline through outbound sequences, industry events, and targeted outreach
- Run a disciplined sales process using MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities and advance deals with evidence-based decision-making
Required qualifications
- 2+ years in a closing sales role, with SaaS experience preferred
- Self-directed and driven, with a strong desire for continuous improvement and feedback
- Proficient in using AI tools as an integral part of the sales process
- Strong business acumen with the ability to sell on value rather than price
- Native in Bahasa Indonesia with exceptional command of English
