Job Summary

Owning the full sales cycle, the full-time remote Business Development Manager will build and execute a strategic territory plan, source a pipeline through various channels, and leverage AI tools to enhance sales processes while driving results in the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through outbound efforts and industry events
  • Run a disciplined sales process using MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities and advance deals
  • Become a hospitality expert to effectively position Lighthouse's solutions and drive sales growth
Required qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in a closing sales role, preferably in SaaS
  • Fluency in Thai and English
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to sell on value
  • Self-directed and coachable, with a drive for continuous improvement
  • Experience with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks is a plus
