Job Summary
Owning the full sales cycle, the full-time remote Business Development Manager will build and execute a strategic territory plan, source a pipeline through various channels, and leverage AI tools to enhance sales processes while driving results in the hospitality sector.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through outbound efforts and industry events
- Run a disciplined sales process using MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities and advance deals
- Become a hospitality expert to effectively position Lighthouse's solutions and drive sales growth
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in a closing sales role, preferably in SaaS
- Fluency in Thai and English
- Strong business acumen with the ability to sell on value
- Self-directed and coachable, with a drive for continuous improvement
- Experience with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks is a plus
