Job Summary
Leading a high-volume outreach team, the full-time remote Business Development Manager will manage a team of BDRs, design multi-channel outbound strategies, and oversee performance data to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coach a team of 7 BDRs, providing feedback and conducting training sessions
- Design and iterate on outbound outreach campaigns, including cold outreach and relationship-based strategies
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to implement campaigns that align with organizational priorities
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an operations role within a marketing department, preferably in a B2B SaaS company
- Advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce; familiarity with outbound outreach tools like Apollo is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, and trend analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Finance
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with data sources like Hubspot or event attendance tracking
