Job Summary

To drive business growth, the full-time salaried Business Development Manager will identify expansion opportunities, manage relationships in strategic markets, and lead sales initiatives within the HVAC and Multifamily industries.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion and develop relationships in strategic markets
  • Target and manage sales opportunities while facilitating contact with major prospective customers
  • Provide leadership in developing strategic opportunities and ensure smooth transitions of account management
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 5 years of related experience in business development or sales
  • Strong understanding of the HVAC and Multifamily industries, including emerging trends and regulations
  • Expertise in relationship building, negotiation, and sales techniques
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software
