Job Summary

To drive new business growth, the full-time remote Business Development Manager will manage the sales process from prospecting to close, achieve sales targets, and build relationships with key decision-makers in the beauty and wellness industry.

Key responsibilities
  • Consistently achieve sales targets through effective outreach and relationship building
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals with new and existing partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the partner experience and provide market feedback
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to sales
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus
