Job Summary
To drive new business growth, the full-time remote Business Development Manager will manage the sales process from prospecting to close, achieve sales targets, and build relationships with key decision-makers in the beauty and wellness industry.
Key responsibilities
- Consistently achieve sales targets through effective outreach and relationship building
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals with new and existing partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the partner experience and provide market feedback
Required qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable
- Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to sales
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus
