Job Summary
Driving revenue growth in a fully remote environment, the full-time Manager of Business Development will lead a team of Account Executives, manage key accounts, and develop strategic sales processes to enhance client relationships and support long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives while establishing sales goals and performance expectations
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic exhibitor and sponsor accounts, driving revenue through renewals and new business acquisition
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management, collaborating with marketing and leadership to support revenue initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, sponsorship sales, or trade show/event sales
- 3+ years of direct people management experience leading sales or account management teams
- Demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performing sales professionals
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management capabilities
