Job Summary

To support the growth of HR outsourcing opportunities, the full-time Business Development Manager will work remotely, engaging with Client Engagement Managers to identify and qualify new business within an established client base of over 1,500 companies, while facilitating strategic conversations with executive teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Become a trusted HR outsourcing partner to Client Engagement Managers and their client teams
  • Conduct regular business reviews with CEMs to identify and qualify new opportunities
  • Lead strategic conversations with CFOs and executive teams to translate challenges into HR outsourcing solutions
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in HR, benefits, or sales
  • Minimum 5 years of experience selling HR products and services
  • Expert-level knowledge of HR outsourcing and challenges faced by small and mid-sized employers
  • Strong consultative and strategic selling skills with a proven track record in high-level conversations
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and experience using sales-engagement and proposal-automation tools
