Job Summary
Driving profitable growth through key national and regional wholesalers, the full-time remote Business Development Manager will focus on expanding distribution and optimizing redistribution models in the Away from Home market while managing senior-level relationships and executing strategic plans.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow Away from Home sales through key Redistribution partners
- Manage senior level relationships with Redistributors, ensuring alignment and execution at the field level
- Monitor sales performance and redistribution effectiveness, identifying risks and opportunities
Required qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Key Account Management within Away from Home markets
- Proven experience working with wholesalers and redistribution models
- Strong understanding of multi-tier distribution structures and flow through economics
- Experience developing and executing Joint Business Plans
- CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce)
