Job Summary

To drive new client acquisition, the full-time Business Development Manager will identify, qualify, and close business opportunities related to language services and AI technology, while working remotely and collaborating with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies.

Key responsibilities
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals
  • Identify new opportunities and build a pipeline through outbound prospecting and networking
  • Develop sales strategies to win new accounts and maintain relationships with prospective clients
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of three years of successful sales experience in technology (SaaS solutions) to CxOs
  • A network of key decision makers in various technology verticals
  • Experience in consultative sales and demonstrable success in closing new business
  • Structured approach to selling with strong self-organization and time management skills
  • Proficiency in tracking sales activity using a CRM tool (e.g., Salesforce)
